Payments for training programs, consulting fees, software development, staffing services, and technology solutions are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD) or local converted currencies as indicated at checkout or on official invoices. By providing a payment method, you authorize Leanhcm LLC (and its designated third-party payment processors) to charge the agreed-upon amount.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All content, course material, training resources, software code, branding, and documentation provided by Leanhcm LLC remain the intellectual property of Leanhcm LLC. Materials may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without explicit written consent.

 

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
